The TWG membership ranges from the world’s second largest economy with universal WSS coverage and mature institutions to low income countries with limited WSS coverage and significant institutional development needs. The range of environmental health issues faced by the working group member countries, and their ability to address them varies with income, size and level of urbanization. 2009
